This program is designed for the busy woman who wants to get it together for the summer & also to all my mommies. Mom life is a crazy life. l know that our time is not only precious, but limited. 30 minutes a day dedicated to moving not only makes us better women, better moms, but more importantly better humans. Small changes over time leads to great results. Lets do this together.
Program:
- 30 minutes total
- 5 exercises- 4 rounds of 1 min intervals
- 5 min warm up & 5 min cool down
- Bands (order up)
- Weights 5-15lbs
