Coaching sessions are available online and in-person. Trish provides personalized attention, guidance, accountability, and expertise that can greatly enhance an individual's fitness journey. With a tailored approach, ongoing support, and the focus on individual needs, 1-on-1 coaching is designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals efficiently, safely, and sustainably. 
  • Pay as you go - $170 per session
  • 10 Sessions - $1,500 
  • 20 Sessions - $2,500
