Online Coaching

  • Video workout playlist with added progressions/modifications.
  • Personalized fitness calendar depending on your goals.
  • Weekly check ins and progress report via email/Facebook live.
  • Can be done in any open space (home, gym, park, office).
  • Weights are optional.
  • Advanced plans include healthy food shopping lists, recipes, and health assessments.

Group/Partner Training
