Also, working with a trainer provides accountability and consistency that is key to achieving your goal.

Notes

  • Sessions are to be paid in full.
  • Payments can be made depending on agreement made between trainer and client.
  • Sessions are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations must be made at a 24 hour notice or you will lose your session.
  • All sessions are 50 min sessions.
