For our first “Mix It Up Monday”, we’re keeping it simple and sweet with only 3 ingredients. This is an easy way to incorporate fruits into your diet and take with you on the go for that busy schedule.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 to 1.5 cups, depending on your preference in consistency, of almond milk or any milk substitute of your choice.
  • 1 sample packet of Usana’s Vanilla Nutrimeal Powder.
    • This packet includes 3 scoops of Usana’s Vanilla Nutrimeal Powder
  • A blender of course!

 

Instructions:

  • Toss in all 3 ingredients starting with milk, then the blueberries and lastly the powder.
  • Blend it all up and BAM!

You’ve got yourself a delicious blueberry shake that’s only 355 calories!
